NRI worked on Group III and Group IV of this housing scheme which consists of 192 and 160 Dwelling Units respectively, including internal development of the land, internal water supply, sanitary installations, and other allied works. This project was done for Executive Engineer Delhi Development Authority ED-14 & 11 Having total floor area of 2,96,976 and 2,47,480 in Group III & IV. The referred projects are an illustration of SFS Group housing project and NRI is always striving to play its port in providing appropriate solution for housing nee to every section of society.
Referred project is an example of cost effective and energy efficient residential scheme with basic design strategy of outward looking building and entered landscaping & properly managed street pattern to provide on environment generator for residences.
The above referred houses are 600 Dwelliing units of G+3 for LIG and MIG Category and G+7 for HIG Category, Multi-storeyed RCC framed structure supported on RCC Raft foundation and have been constructed on a plot area of approax 5.5 Hectares. The total covered area of the above mentioned society was approax 9,66,000 Sqft consisting of all allied works including internal electrification, internal plumbing, sanitary and water supply and site development works, etc.
A group of residential buildings with various units is another example of a low-cost energy-efficient design exclusively constructed for the Staff personnel of RITES India Ltd by NRI. It was completed in 1993. The total floor area of the project was 93,978 Sqft having a total plot area of approx. 1.8 Hectares.
NRI has delivered 264 MIG dwelling units in Rohini Pocket D-1 for Executive Engineer Delhi Development Authority. The awarded project consisting of G+3 storeyed structures is supported on isolated footings including services like internal developments, water supply, sanitary installations, etc. The total floor area of this project is approx. 1,42,548 Sqft.
NRI worked on two groups of Housing Schemes comprising of 144 and 136 Houses in Group I and II including internal and external development works for Executive Engineer Delhi Development Authority in Sarita Vihar. The full construction on a total of approx. 206893 Sqft. Building was constructed within timelines.
An appreciable construction project for Delhi Development Authority was done by NRI on the site of the Trans Yamuna Area at Trilok Puri. The project consisted of G+ 3 storeyed structures resting on Raft foundation, included all the internal services and was fully completed and delivered within defined timelines of 24 months. Total covered area 204418 sq. ft. for Group I and 208069 sq. ft. for Group III
The Construction work of these 4 storeyed Residential Flats for the Wazirabad Water Works Department was beautifully done by NRI. The total executed job work was completed in a time frame of one year and consisted of G+3 storeyed structures supported on isolated footings included services like water supply and sanitary works.
This project was delivered by NRI for the Staff of Indian Agriculture Research Institute Pusa. The construction of this project is a fine example of creating high standards in MIG. Also, NRI received approbation for its quality and timely completion and is considered to be amongst the initial housing projects in the History of NRI.
